Account Deletion

You can delete your ChapterN account directly in the app, or request deletion by email if you can no longer access the app.

Delete in the app

In the app, go to [My > Account Settings], choose Delete Account, and follow the prompts. Your account and its data are deleted immediately.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email admin@zenumaik.com from the Google or Apple account email you signed up with. We process the request after verifying your identity.

What is deleted and what is retained

Deletion removes your account data — Ink balance, opened chapters, progress, and ending records — and it cannot be restored. Transaction records that e-commerce and other laws require us to keep are stored separately for the statutory period under the Privacy Policy, then destroyed. If you have unused Ink purchased with real money, you can still request a refund by email within the period provided by law, even after deletion.
