Marketing Communications Consent
This optional consent covers ChapterN news about new works, events, discounts, or the app launch. Declining does not affect registration, access to Content, or purchases.

Information used for delivery is deleted after account deletion or consent withdrawal. We retain the minimum consent, withdrawal, and delivery records needed for legal compliance and handling disputes for up to one year. If the law specifies a different retention period, that period applies.
Withdrawing Consent
Turn off "Marketing & event notifications" under [My > Settings > Notifications], or contact admin@zenumaik.com. You can also use the unsubscribe link in a launch notification email.
Sending Practices
The Company identifies advertising messages and provides the sender's details and a free method to unsubscribe. Advertising push notifications are not sent between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Korean time without separate consent to nighttime messages. We provide notices confirming your consent to receive marketing communications as required by law.
Necessary service messages, such as payment or security notices, and notifications requested by the user may be sent separately. Messages containing advertising remain subject to advertising-message requirements. This consent does not include consent to external advertising conversion tracking or international transfers of personal information.
Effective Date
This consent document takes effect on September 9, 2026.
